Received this product not knowing what to expect. Packing was 5 star, and item is light and small. Comes with two sets of two sticky adhesive pads ( they don't last more than 10 wears or so . if the pads are what's you want to use most, I recommend purchasing additional) all good quality and gives a surprising vibrating tingle on low. On high you get a good muscle contraction. I later purchased insertables which make a huge difference :) I recommend this product for beginners like me :)
