How does it work?

It's easy, just click on the price match link on the product page, enter in the details requested and hit submit. A Randy Fox staff member will then confirm that the offer is current and legitimate and issue you a unique coupon code valid for 48 hours to make your purchase. It's that easy! If you have multiple products that you require to be price matched, complete them individually and you will receive the respective coupons if verified which can all be entered in one at a time on the checkout page.

How long does it take to get my discount code?

If you submit the form during our business hours, 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday, our staff will have the code(s) sent to your nominated email within 15 minutes. Yikes, that's fast!

Note: If you don't receive a response from us to your email within the time frame above, it could be hidden in your spam folder. Please ensure you also check there just in case!

Price matches requested outside of business hours will be handled first thing the next business morning, however we are constantly making sure to be on the ball, so it is usually much sooner than that!

How long does the discount code last for?

Our prices are changing with the market just about every week, so your code will only be good for 48 hours from the time it was approved.

We’ll beat it by 10% of the Difference.

We are confident that our prices are already the best out there, but if you do happen to find a cheaper competitor price as mentioned, we will beat it by "10% of the Difference". So if our price is $150 and our competitor has it for $100, that's a difference of $50. So 10% of that difference is $5 (so a $55 discount will be provided from the original price of $150). And so forth.

What are the conditions?

Items must be delivered within Australia and prices must be in Australian dollars.
Only applies to Australian owned and run sites. The stock must be Australian, official and in stock, ready for dispatch.
Competitor price must also take into account all shipping charges.
Doesn't apply to items listed/sold on group buy sites and sites locked under membership walls.
Doesn't apply to items listed/sold in an auction.
Doesn't apply to items listed that are promoting run out stock or liquidation sales.
Can not be used in conjunction with any other offer including competitor coupon codes and special discount vouchers.
Multiple coupons can be used/requested for any order that you place, however, only one coupon can be utilised per product.
Best Price Guarantee is only valid before a customer makes a purchase and cannot be redeemed after a purchase has already been made.
We reserve the right to reject any request at our discretion, particularly if we suspect dishonesty or suspicious requests.
