I don't know if it's common or if I just got a dodgy roll, but while the rope was great in general, the quality in places was disappointing. If you're planning on cutting into lengths for more efficient play though, it's totally fine as long as you can cut it where the rope has sections of excess threads hanging loose, or if you can seal those patches so the rope doesn't unwind or fray.

Buying one pack of Fetish Fantasy Japanese Silk Rope is good, but buying an entire reel is better. You will need to cut this reel into segments for practical use. I recommend tying off the edges/burning the edges to avoid the rope from fraying. \
Not suitable for suspensions.
